Exporting Domain Information

You can export details about your domains from the Reseller Control Panel and download them as a .CSV file. The export captures key attributes for each selected domain, such as status, expiry date, and contact email, so you can work with the data in a spreadsheet or reach out to specific customers.

About exporting domains

Exporting is useful when you want to act on a group of domains outside the Control Panel, for example to contact customers whose names are expiring soon or to audit which domains have a particular setting enabled.

Step 1: Select the domains to export

Choose which domains to include in the export from the Domains list.

1. In the Domains section of the Reseller Control Panel, select the checkbox next to each domain you want to export.
2. To include every domain on the current page, select the checkbox at the top of the list.

Step 2: Start the export

Run the export from the bulk actions menu.

1. From the Bulk Actions drop-down list, choose Export .CSV.
2. On the Bulk: Export .CSV page, click the file you want to download. You can download a file containing only the selected domains, or one containing all of the domains displayed by your current search.
3. When prompted, choose to open or save the file, then confirm.

What the export contains

The .CSV file includes the following fields for each selected domain:

• Domain name and TLD
• Domain status
• Creation date and expiry date
• Verification status
• Whether the domain is present in Storefront
• Whether Contact Privacy, domain lock, auto-renewal, and parking are enabled or disabled
• Domain contact email address
• Domain nameservers list
