Viewing Domain Orders in the RWI

The View Orders section of the Reseller Web Interface (RWI) lets you review and manage domain orders by their status or transfer progress. From here you can act on pending and declined orders, track registrations and transfers in progress, resubmit .DE nameservers, and review completed orders. This article explains what each view shows and how to work with it.

About the View Orders section

Each link in the View Orders section displays the number of current orders for that status, so you can see at a glance where orders need attention. The RWI is OpenSRS's classic reseller interface; for an overview, see the Reseller Web Interface (RWI).

On each page in this section, you can submit one or multiple orders. Select the checkbox next to each domain to choose an action, then click Submit at the bottom of the page to process the selected commands.

Pending orders

The pending orders page shows orders waiting for your review. When an order fails for any reason, it moves here, and orders shown as Draft status in the Reseller Control Panel also appear here. The system cancels orders that remain pending after 30 days of inactivity.

Click a domain name to review the order details, including any notes. This status works with the API and third-party modules, allowing end users to submit orders that need a final review before completion.

Note: Pre-orders for new gTLDs are saved here and process automatically once the TLD reaches general availability.

Orders in progress

The orders in progress page shows domain registrations, transfers, and renewals that are still processing. This typically includes new domains from asynchronous registries and transfers. Click a domain name to see the full order details.

Note: Synchronous registrations do not appear here because they process in real time.

.DE DNS activations

The .DE DNS activations page lets you resubmit nameservers to finalize activation when needed. Nameservers used in a .DE order must be active; this tool lets you resubmit them once they are valid. Select the activate checkbox and click Submit to resubmit.

Note: The status shows as failed until DENIC accepts the nameservers.

Declined orders

The declined orders page lets you review and resubmit orders that the registry rejected or that were cancelled during the transfer process. Click a domain name to see the details for that order.

Completed orders

The completed orders page shows domain orders, transfers, and renewals that have finished. Click a domain name to display the order details, then click View charges to see all charges related to the domain.

Searching for domain orders

The search reg system orders page lets you find a domain order by its RWI order ID or by specific order criteria.

Viewing transfers

The View Transfers section lets you review transfer requests grouped by their status.
