Where Customers Manage Their SiteLock Service

Resellers can offer SiteLock through a ready-made customer interface or build the experience directly into their own control panel. This article summarizes the two management options and the upgrade rules customers should know.

Where customers manage SiteLock

Customers can manage SiteLock in either of two ways:

  • White-label DomainAdmin.com interface — Provided by OpenSRS, this lets customers manage SiteLock under your reseller branding without any development work on your side.
  • Your own control panel — You can build the SiteLock dashboard interface directly into your existing control panel for a fully integrated customer experience.

Upgrading a SiteLock subscription

Customers can upgrade from SiteLock Find to SiteLock Fix or SiteLock Prevent, or from SiteLock Fix to SiteLock Prevent. Downgrades are not supported. When a subscription is upgraded, the expiry date resets to one year from the upgrade order date.

Next steps

  • Walk through an upgrade — Follow the reseller steps to move a customer to a higher SiteLock tier.
  • Enable SiteLock for a new domain — Complete setup and install the trust seal.
